Shiva Meditation Course

Happy For No Good Reason

Starts Wednesday 4 November, 7.30pm in Mount Eliza taught by Swami Turiyananda

True inner happiness

In a world where we chase fleeting highs—from food, sex, alcohol, or other quick fixes—happiness can seem temporary and dependent on circumstances. Our moods rise and fall with what happens around us.

But what if joy didn’t come and go?
What if there were a steady, reliable source of happiness already within you?

Through Shiva Meditation, you can discover a deeper space inside—a quiet place untouched by external ups and downs—where the mind can rest and contentment arises naturally. In that stillness, happiness is no longer something you chase or create. It simply is. From that inner source comes the freedom of being happy for no good reason.
